Tera is pretty fun.
But I don't think that I'd buy the game or pay a sub for it.
There are just too many interesting free to play MMOs these days.
I'm honestly not sure why I'm keeping my SWTOR subscription going for 20 bucks a month when I could be playing Star Trek Online or Fallen Earth instead. Not to mention the half a dozen other ones that are coming out this year that look decent.

I find the graphics are nice, with a very colorful palette. The classes are interesting, the mobs are creative, the story is lacking.

All of this from my first 9 levels perspective, so I realize this is limited. I too, think Tera will only be on my list as a Free to Play MMO, which I'm not sure it is yet.

If you like a little more action in your MMO, you really enjoy Asian themed Anime-ish art style, and really skimpy outfits on your Avatar, you may want to look at this one.
